Five nights at Freddy's is a highly-acclaimed indie point and click adventure game produced and released by Scott Cawthon of Fullbright. It is his fourth installment in the Five Nights In Freddy's series. This time around, you will find three teenagers - Jason (Dylan Minnette), Billy (Ben Myers), and Freddy (Nathan Fillion) who have only gotten a job in the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza outlet in Fazbear City. The first night, they are just about to go on a visit to the playground where Freddy conducts his restaurant. Freddy is a fan of movies like"A Nightmare On Elm Street", so he's excited about seeing it .
After settling their cash, they go out to Freddy's Pizza at the night he is scheduled to begin his show. They're dressed to impress, as Freddy is a really famous artist. The doors of his office are open, but as Jason and Billy hurry in, Freddy grabs them. Jason and Billy run out, while Freddy opens the doors of his office. Indoors, Freddy takes his mask off, revealing his true identity - Freddy Kruger.
Freddy immediately starts to assault Jason and Billy. Freddy uses his magical powers to turn people into stone or to make other things go on their own - like a truck in front of Jason. He also makes Jason feel sick. Freddy also utilizes his capacity to restrain people, such as when he makes Jason thinks he is having a heart attack.
Freddy is even more terrifying when he touches Jasonturning him into a sword. Jason is able to fight back, however, by using his unique powers of telekinesis and his voice. Jason manages to catch Freddy, but Freddy uses his ability to throw Jason into a different dimension. Jason gets his memory back and heads straight back to Freddy's Pizza.
But, Freddy comes with an ulterior motive - to get back at Jason and Billy for kidnapping him and breaking his soul. If Jason kills Billy or even Jason, he'll end up with a trophy. So, Jason and Billy head to the pizzeria to find their killer...
Five nights at Freddy's turns the usual point and click action game from the previous games into a full-scale terror experience. The graphics are amazing. The audio is great. The voice acting is superb. However, there are some glitches in the storyline.
Freddy is always about, but he never attacks Jason or Billy. Freddy is merely a background character. Jason and Billy find out that the animatronic dolls are actually Click here! fake, and that Freddy has a grudge against them. Jason and Billy have to find out what happened on Freddy and stop him before it's too late.
While the story of Five Nights at Freddy's is a fascinating one, it may not be the best one about. Because of the way the game was put together, the events which happen may appear unnecessary or confusing at first. But once the narrative and the characters are explained and the plot begins to fall into place, the game starts to make sense.
